One Marketing Program, From First Click to Booked Work
PathOpt brings channel planning, campaign management, website work, lead follow-up and reporting into one marketing engagement. For US home-improvement businesses doing $1M–$10M in annual revenue, we build the plan around your services, market and capacity. You own your accounts and website; we coordinate the work and make the next priorities clear.
Start With Your Services, Market and Capacity
Before choosing channels, we review what you want to sell, where you can deliver it and what your team can handle. Existing accounts, website performance and lead records help identify the starting point.
Services, Market and Capacity
The projects you want to prioritize, your service area, seasonal demand and available capacity.
Accounts and Project Assets
Existing campaign, website and analytics access, plus approved photos and service information your team can supply.
Lead Handling and Measurement
How inquiries become qualified conversations and booked estimates, including gaps in tracking, follow-up and recorded sales outcomes.
We use that review to agree the work, responsibilities and investment. Channel choices and website scope follow your business needs and the evidence available.
The Work Inside the Engagement
The program coordinates the services you need. We agree which work is included and review priorities as your market, capacity and results change.
What You Get
Google Ads & Scoped Meta Campaigns
Paid search targets relevant service-area searches. Where included in the plan, Meta campaigns use project creative and audiences to support discovery and follow-up. Search terms, targeting, creative and landing pages are reviewed against inquiry quality.
SEO & Search Visibility
Technical improvements, local search work and useful service content help search engines and homeowners understand your business. Visibility changes over time; rankings and AI citations are not guaranteed.
Website Design & Builds
When the marketing plan calls for it, we design, build or rebuild your website as part of an ongoing marketing or SEO engagement. The website work supports your campaigns, search visibility and lead capture, with scope agreed alongside the rest of the program.
Lead Capture & Follow-Up
We review inquiry forms, source tracking and the handoff to your team. Scoped automation can support response and follow-up; your team handles the homeowner conversation, estimates and sales.
Attribution & Reporting
We review inquiries, qualified inquiries, booked estimates and signed work as separate outcomes. Connecting those stages depends on working tracking and the records your team supplies. Unknown sources and missing outcomes stay visible.
Account & Website Ownership
You own your accounts and website. PathOpt works through the access you provide, explains the changes being made and agrees the reporting cadence with you.
Your First 30, 60 and 90 Days
This is a delivery framework. Timing depends on your starting condition, access and agreed scope; it is not a deadline for lead growth or ranking improvements.
First 30 Days
Review accounts and measurement, agree target projects and qualification, and prioritize campaign and website work.
Days 31–60
Refine search terms, creative or landing pages as relevant. Review inquiry quality and follow-up with your team.
Days 61–90
Compare channel and lead-stage evidence, identify what merits further investment and set the next priorities.
What We Handle and What We Need From You
| Who | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| PathOpt | Account review, agreed campaign and website work, tracking setup, reporting and recommendations. |
| Your team | Account access, service-area and capacity details, approved project assets, prompt lead handling, and estimate and sale outcomes. |
| Together | Define a qualified inquiry, agree scope and reporting cadence, review evidence and choose the next priorities. |
How We Measure Progress
- Inquiry
- Qualified inquiry
- Booked estimate
- Signed work
We agree what each stage means and review movement between them. Advertising media spend and the management fee are separate costs. Any cost-per-stage comparison needs a clear date range, cost basis and enough recorded outcomes to be useful.
Attribution is incomplete when consent, repeat visits, calls or missing sales records leave gaps. We distinguish measured outcomes from unknown sources and review those limits with you. Explore lead generation and attribution for the capture, tracking and follow-up work.

No. We agree which services belong in your plan after reviewing your business and starting point. Google Ads, scoped Meta campaign work, SEO, website work and follow-up can be coordinated within the engagement. The scope specifies what is included.
Yes. When the plan calls for it, we design and build websites within an ongoing marketing or SEO engagement. We agree the website scope alongside the campaign, search and lead-capture work. A rebuild is not automatically included in every engagement.
Yes. You own your accounts and website, and provide PathOpt with access to carry out the agreed work. You retain access to your marketing data throughout the engagement.
We combine available source and inquiry data with qualification, estimate and sale outcomes recorded by your team. We review those stages separately. Consent choices, repeat visits, phone calls and missing records can prevent a complete match, so reporting includes known gaps rather than assigning every job to a channel.
Investment depends on the agreed work, your market and your starting point. Advertising media spend is separate from the management fee, and website scope is reviewed as part of the engagement. We discuss those items before work begins; we do not promise fee recovery within a fixed period.
